The Dragon Rehab Post-op Sub-acromial Decompression programme is a 6-stage programme which takes you through the correct exercises to aid you in regaining your range of movement, strength and function following your surgery. The early stages promote early range of movement, early muscle activation and low stress exercises, before progressing to dynamic and more challenging functional exercises in the latter stages that prepare the shoulder for the stresses and strains of an active lifestyle and sporting activities.
