The Dragon Rehab Groin Injury Programme is a 5-stage programme which will help you regain flexibility and strength in your groin as it heals from an acute injury. The early stages have an initial focus on range of movement work and early strength work. In the latter stages, the exercises become more dynamic and challenging as you prepare to run and play sports again. On completion of the 5-stage programme, there should be little doubt that your groin has become strong and robust enough to cope with a return to your chosen sport or activity.
